Rooftop Lounge Debuts Summer Concoction

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Residents of Laguna Beach and visitors to this gem on the golden coast know that the Rooftop Lounge is one of the best views in Southern California. Known for casual dining and epic sunsets, now they are adding a delicious frozen drink to tempt your palate as the sun sinks slowly in the west.

This summer, the Rooftop Lounge debuted an ideal way to watch the sun set with their signature cocktail the Frozé.

Mixologists at the Rooftop Lounge created this drink with a blend of Bacardi, red and white wine, cranberry juice, grapefruit juice and raspberry liqueur.

"Guests should pair the Frozé with popular dishes such as the Mac & Cheese Lobster, made with smoked bacon and truffle crust, or the Filet Mignon Medallions served with mashed potatoes, sauteed green beans, blue cheese and demi glaze," a restaurant spokesperson advised.
