Laguna Beach drivers, be advised: Victoria Drive is undergoing emergency repairs until at least 11 a.m.
LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Emergency repairs were underway Wednesday morning in the area of Victoria Drive between Coast Highway and Sunset Terrace, officials warned.
Drivers were asked to avoid the area from 9 until 11 a.m.
Emergency access only is available in the area, they say.
