After The Rain: Rainbows Light Up Orange County Following Storm
Stunning rainbow images flooded social media Friday morning after intense rains drenched the region.
DANA POINT, CA — South Orange County was flooded with photos of an end-to-end rainbow Friday morning. There is nothing more lovely than seeing the county washed clean after a rainstorm! Patch reader David Okun of Dana Point shared this beauty with us.
"Our reward after a rainy night," Okun says.

Pots of gold notwithstanding, this is one of our favorite pictures of the year. After drenching rain doused the region overnight, and mudslides hit the canyons within the Bond Fire burn scar, the rainbow was a promising reminder that life is what you make it!
