City Of Laguna Niguel: Niguel Road Pavement Rehabilitation Project

This project is expected to end June 2021. The project consists of access ramps improvements and paving of new roadway asphalt.

UPDATE:  The contractor will begin asphalt grinding of Niguel Road (between Highlands Ave to Marina Hills Dr) on Monday, March 22nd until Thursday, March 25th.  Asphalt paving will begin on Friday, March 26th until April 1st.  All work is subject to unforeseen and weather delays.

Please be advised that roadway pavement conditions may be uneven and dusty during construction.
