City Of Laguna Niguel: Wellness Wednesday Workshop

Join us for a special, Summer Wellness Workshop on the last Wednesday of June!

This workshop on June 30th "Supporting Behaviors Through Social Transitions: Rebuilding Our Social Muscles" will be presented by the Extraordinary Lives Foundation and will help families establish a new routine and rebuild their social muscles. Tools will be shared for parents and children to help make the transition and there will be a short, guided meditation to help release fear and anxiety as a result of COVID-19. A Q&A session will be held at the end of the webinar.

This workshop will be presented virtually via Zoom Webinar. Login instructions will be emailed to registered participants the day prior to the workshop. This workshop is recommended for families and for children 12 years and older.
