A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff’s Department July 8-9. All incidents were reported within Laguna Niguel unless otherwise noted.
Monday, July 8:
Citizen Assist. 1:29 p.m. 28100 block of Newport Way. A caller stated that she is a court reporter and a defendant in one of her cases keeps emailing her and harassing her.
Suspicious Person/Circumstances. 9:10 p.m. 29400 block of Via San Sebastian. A caller reported that he was walking by the location and heard a female yelling that she was being forced to have intercourse.
Tuesday, July 9:
Keep the Peace. 1:16 a.m. 23800 block of Petrel Court. A caller reported that a repo man was trying to take his vehicle but he had proof that it was paid off.
Investigate Person Down. 10:42 p.m. Stonehill Drive/Del Obispo  Street. A man was reportedly face down on a cardboard box behind Casanova restaurant. It was unknown whether he was hurt. Upon investigation, he was found to be sleeping. (Dana Point)
Suspicious Person In Vehicle. 10:52 p.m. 25100 block of the Street of the Park Lantern. A caller believed a prostitute was trying to gain access to one of the guest rooms at a hotel. She was told to leave, but she was seen sitting in a black Honda Accord with a man. (Dana Point)
