Crime: Man Wears Full Face Shield; Man's Tire Knifed

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff’s Department August 12-13. All incidents were reported within Laguna Niguel unless otherwise noted.

Monday, August 12:
Suspicious Person/Circumstances. 9:17 p.m. unknown block of Seaport. A caller reported that 2 women and up to 3 men were in the pool and spa area smoking and selling drugs.

Vandalism Report. 9:18 p.m. 24200 block of Avenida De Las Flores. A caller reported that her husband found a knife in his car tire and believed his neighbor was to blame.

Suspicious Person/Circumstances. 10:46 p.m. 29900 block of Alicia Parkway. A caller reported that a man, possibly a transient, was punching the windows of the CVS, which was closed. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and jeans.

Tuesday, August 13:
Suspicious Person/Circumstances. 11:50 a.m. 28600 block of Rancho Del Lago. A caller reported that a man was walking house to house, wearing a white bandana covering his head and a full face shield.

Disturbance. 11:46 p.m. 32400 block of the Street of the Golden Lantern. A caller reported that a person was in a verbal argument with the management at Fred’s Mexican Café.
