Crime: Neighbor Makes Catcalls; Woman Found in Gutter

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff’s Department July 18-19. All incidents were reported within Laguna Niguel unless otherwise noted.

Thursday, July 18:
Citizen Assist. 9 p.m. Unknown block of Malea. A caller referenced that his two daughters work at the community pool and they said a man shows up everyday and watches the children.

Citizen Assist. 6:47 p.m. Rancho Niguel/La Paz Roads. A caller reported that her estranged husband came into her house, read her diary and took some of her clothes.

Disturbance. 9:35 p.m. 23700 block of Hillhurst Drive. A caller reported that she was walking past her neighbors’ house and they made sexual comments to her. She was afraid they will try and do something to her.

Friday, July 19:
Suspicious Person. 7 p.m. 28600 block of Vis Ladera. A caller reported that someone was flying a remote controlled helicopter with a camera on it, outside his house.

Investigate Person Down. 10:32 p.m. Crown Valley Parkway/Club House Drive. A caller reported that a woman was lying in the street in the gutter in the fetal position. She may have been with another person. She was wearing blue shorts.
