A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff’s Department July 28-29. All incidents were reported within Laguna Niguel unless otherwise noted.
Sunday, July 28:
Suspicious Person In Vehicle. 10:39 p.m. 25400 block of Calle Becerra. A caller reported that 2 people were sitting in a small sedan, parked under trees, and were possibly doing drugs. He could see a lighter turning on and off.
Suspicious Person/Circumstances. 11:34 p.m. 28700 block of Avenida Del Caballo. A caller reported that 6-7 teens who appeared drunk were holding toilet paper. He believed they vandalized a nearby residence.
Shots Heard-No Suspect Information. 11:45 p.m. 24700 block of Cutter. A caller heard an explosion or gunshot. It was unknown whether it came from his street or another.
Monday, July 29:
Citizen Assist. 11:08 a.m. 24700 block of Camden Court. A caller reported that an unknown neighbor was leaving notes on his patio regarding her barking dog.
Suspicious Person/Circumstances. 11:19 a.m. Unknown block of Star Drive. An associate at a car service department reported civil issues with a customer regarding services rendered, and was also concerned due to strange pills that were found in the customer’s vehicle.
