“We know how much fun Halloween can be but celebrating safely is important to our city. While we all work to maintain the guidelines established by the CDC, we can also do our part to help residents conjure their Halloween spirit. I can’t wait to see the creativity of our residents and families and look forward to seeing everyone Mask Up!,” said Dana Point Mayor Richard Viczorek.
