Distance Learning To Continue Indefinitely For Capistrano Schools
The Capistrano Unified School District has announced that distance learning will continue indefinitely.

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA – The Capistrano Unified School District has announced that distance learning will continue indefinitely in an effort to stop the spread of the new coronavirus and in accordance with recommendations from the governor.
The schools made the announcement on Thursday, referencing comments from California Governor Gavin Newsom that although school building are closed instruction should continue in an effort to ensure students receive a good education through the end of the school year.
"While our hope is to return to classrooms before our last day of school, this may not be realistic given the current environment, and it appears more unlikely every day," the school district said in the announcement.
