DUI Roving Patrols Friday in Laguna Niguel
The goal of the multi-city program is to reduce death, injury and property damage in Orange County Sheriff's Department contract cities.
In an effort to reduce DUI-related death and injury, the Orange County Sheriff's Department will be conducting DUI roving patrols Friday in Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Hills and Laguna Woods.
The DUI patrol teams will focus on areas that have a "high incidence of DUI-related arrests and collisions."
A grant provided by the California Office of Traffic Safety through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration funds the program.
