Expanding Pelvic Health for All in Orange County

July 6, 2021 - While still expanding treatment space from 1,500 to 3,700 square feet, PelvicSanityis excited to announce new clinicians joining the team!

Dr. Laura Hensen has moved down from Los Angeles to accept a position at PelvicSanity and focus exclusively on pelvic health.

Trained at Mt. Saint Mary's in Los Angeles, Laura brings a valuable dimension to the team and enables more in the community to receive quality pelvic health care. The entire team focuses exclusively on pelvic health to provide award-winning patient care.

In addition to the physical expansion the hiring and training of staff - many of whom have moved to Southern California to train at PelvicSanity - is going to help patients get high quality care without a huge wait!

Out of Town Program

As restrictions loosen around travel following the pandemic, more patients are resuming their quest for care at the world-renowned center.

In the last few years nearly 100 patients from all over the world - 6 continents, 20+ countries and 25+ US States - have travelled to Southern California to seek treatment at PelvicSanity in their Immersive(TM) Out of Town Program.

"It's a little bittersweet" says Dr. Nicole Cozean, founder of PelvicSanityand Pelvic PT Rising. "On one hand it's amazing to be recognized as such a leader in the field and an honor to work with so many complex cases. On the other, patients shouldn't have to get on a plane to have high-quality pelvic health care! We look forward to the day our Out of Town Program is no longer necessary but will continue providing services to patients who need to travel for care."
