A 29-year-old Laguna Hills woman was killed Sunday when a car she was riding in stalled on the 405 Freeway and was struck from behind.

WESTWOOD, CA — Authorities Tuesday identified a woman who was fatally injured when the car in which she was riding stopped on the northbound San Diego (405) Freeway in the Sepulveda Pass and was rear-ended by another car.
The crash occurred about 12:35 a.m. Sunday at Moraga Drive. Qingwen Zhu, 29, of Laguna Hills died at a hospital, the coroner's office reported.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Zhu was riding in a Mini Cooper that had come to a stop for unknown reasons in the No. 3 lane with its lights out. The car was then hit from behind by a Nissan Sentra that was going about 65 mph, the CHP reported.
