Laguna Niguel Named One Of Best Small Cities To Start Business

Starting a small business is risky, but some cities are better for it than others, according to a new report.

There are a lot of factors to consider when starting up a business, but Laguna Niguel was named one of the best small cities in the United States for entrepreneurs to do so.

"Verizon focused on certain factors that would categorize them as “small” (sorry, no Silicon Valley on this list) without dipping below the mark to “town” status (no one-horse situations, either)," the report said.
