Laguna Niguel Offers Self-Care Class For Middle, High Schoolers
The March 31 seminar is for all students between 7th and 12th grades.
LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA — At the end of March, the City of Laguna Niguel and the Wellness & Prevention Center will partner up to host a wellness workshop for students in 7th through 12th grades.
The workshop, scheduled to take place between 5 and 6 p.m. on March 31, will teach students how to build a self-care tool kit.
According to the city's website, wellness workshops will be offered on the last Wednesday of each month through May.

In April, the workshop will cover stress assessment and mindfulness. May's workshop will cover developing a personal mantra collage.
Students who attend the class can earn one community service hour. Advance registration is required.
