The Village At Laguna Woods residents are now able to register to receive the coronavirus vaccine, administered by MemorialCare.

LAGUNA WOODS, CA— The vast over-55 community of Laguna Woods Village is now accepting vaccination appointments for groups of residents in their care.
Village residents can get their vaccines within the village as doses are made available, all orchestrated in a joint effort with MemorialCare and the Orange County Health Care Agency.
"This vaccination program will take time," a Village at Laguna Woods spokesperson wrote in a letter to residents. "It will require everyone's patience and cooperation to ensure it runs as smoothly as possible."

With much confusion regarding the vaccination process, the community sought to ease the minds of residents.
All appointments will be made, at random, for current village residents at or older than 75-years-old. Residents will be notified.
