Man Mistakes Bones As Human Remains
A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff's Department on April 20 in Laguna Niguel and Dana Point.

A caller was walking along the beach north of the Ocean Institute in Dana Point, when he saw what he believed to be human skeletal remains of 2 people, near the bottom of the bluff. Upon investigation, a coroner determined the remains belonged to sea lions. The incident occurred at 1:41 p.m. at the 24200 block of Dana Point Harbor Drive.

Saturday, April 20: Disturbance 12:35 a.m. 25800 block of Portofino. A caller reported that a noise woke him up. When he looked out his window, he saw a naked man having sex with a woman. The caller stated he was being very loud.
Suspicious Person In Vehicle 3:27 a.m. 28200 block of Bluehill Drive. A caller reported that a black vehicle with unknown plates was running with its lights on, and the caller was concerned because he was woken up by the sound of a crowbar being used on a vehicle. Upon investigation, it was discovered that several catalytic converters were stolen in the early morning.
Citizen Assist 11:55 a.m. 33700 block of El Encanto Avenue. A caller reported that a local transient had her dog and she wanted him back. (Dana Point)
