What could be lovelier than a "stroll through the gardens"? Five lovely private gardens that is. Members of the San Juan Capistrano Garden Club, a non profit formed in 2001 to celebrate the love of gardening and enhance community camaraderie, is inviting residents and visitors to join them for their annual garden tour to take place Saturday April 27th, from 10AM to 4PM.

Dry river bed and charming arched bridge create an enticing garden scene

The exact details and location of each garden is hush hush until you purchase your ticket. (They don't want to spoil the surprise!) They've selected each garden to expose visitors to a variety of garden styles and varying landscapes. This year's selections are rumored to be wonderful. With help from an abundance of recent rainfall, the gardens are expected to be lush and lovely.

Lush rose gardens and raised beds grace formal outdoor setting

The self-guided tours permit guests to set their own pace and choose which garden to visit first. This year there will be an opportunity to purchase unusual plants and lovely garden art at the Club's boutique. All proceeds will be used to further the non-profit Club's community projects.
