4 Office Cottages Sold for $2.5M in La Jolla
The property at 6633-6639 La Jolla Blvd. sold just two months ago for $1.47 million.
Four cottages totally 2,400 square feet of office space on La Jolla Boulevard sold for $2,537,500, according to The Daily Transcript.
The business publication reported that the buyer was American Coastal Properties LLC of Irvine. The seller was ARP Real Estate 1 LLC.
The property has reportedly changed hands several times in the last 17 months. In June 2013, APR purchased the property for $1.47 million and in March 2012, it sold for $860,000.
