LA JOLLA, CA – A crash involving a box truck and car is slowing traffic on Interstate 5 in La Jolla.
The collision was reported at 8:09 a.m. on southbound I-5, just before La Jolla Village Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash is blocking the right lane.
