Fay Avenue Commercial Property Sells for $3.2M

A 7,000-square-foot building at 7720-7728 Fay Ave. in La Jolla sold for $3.2 million, according to The Daily Transcript. The property is leased to C&H Photo and several other tenants. 

The buyer was La Jolla Cosmetic LLC and the sellers were John A. Belanich and Belanich. The acquisition was financed with loans of $2 million and $1.6 million from JPMorgan Chase Bank. 

The local paper also reported that the property recently sold in August 2011 for $2,833,000.
