Help a veteran secure a job during your next trip to Vons
Vons Supports Easter Seals Military and Veterans Services With Veterans Day Fundraiser

From November 7 until November 11, Vons and Pavilions shoppers can help Easter Seals Southern California support local, one-on-one civilian employment services for local veterans through a countywide donation drive at all check stand registers.
Each donation at the checkout stand will support Military & Veterans Services which assists veterans one-on-one to transition out of the military to a civilian job or to build their own small business, helping veterans with or without a disability.
“Vons recognizes the sacrifices veterans and their families have made. We think one of the best ways to honor our heroes is to raise money to support exceptional organizations such as Easter Seals to provide local services that help these amazing men and women get the tools they need to gain civilian employment,” said Jenna Watkinson, manager of public affairs and government relations for Vons.
“Easter Seals is excited and appreciative to be part of Vons’ fundraising efforts for services for veterans,” said Mark Whitley, chief executive officer of Easter Seals Southern California. “We’ve had a longstanding successful partnership with Vons for many years, during which they have raised more than $8 million for our disability services. The fact that they are now expanding their efforts to the services we provide to help veterans rebuild their lives is outstanding.”
