La Jolla Commercial Properties Sell for $8.5M
Several commercial properties along Girard Avenue and a parking lot on Fay Avenue sold for $8.5 milion.
Commerical properties at 7438-7470 Girard Ave., 7458-7464 Girard Ave. and a parking lot at 7435 Fay Ave. sold for $8.5 million, according to the San Diego Business Journal.
The weekly business publication said Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the seller, Union Bank, which acted as a trustee for the prior owner's financial trust.
The two buildings total 33,074 square feet, with 38,500 square feet of land.
