La Jolla Firm Buys Apartment Complex for $2.25 Million
The 19-unit complex is made up of two- and three-bedroom units.
A La Jolla buyer has picked up a small Lemon Grove apartment building for $2.25 million, according to the San Diego Daily Transcript.
Lemon Tree on Lincoln LLC purchased the property, at 8230 Lemon Grove Way, from Evans ABC Partnership.
The building has 19 units, two and three bedrooms, with garages.
