Following guidance for your business or activity, complete the County’s Safe Reopening Plan. You need to post the plan at your entrance and discuss it with employees. Restaurants, food, and beverage providers have a separate plan. See industry guidance and resources for restaurants, food, and beverage providers. Each business’s plan may need to be updated and reposted when state guidance changes. The County will not require approval for this plan. Businesses with questions can email: COVID19BusinessQuestions@sdcounty.ca.gov

The following sectors will have additional modifications in addition to 100% masking and physical distancing. Links are to state guidance.

Operations in the following must be closed:

State guidance regarding K-12 schools.

Schools that are currently open are able to continue to provide in-person instruction on school sites.

State guidance on youth and adult recreational sports

You can go out for exercise if you can keep six feet away from people who are not members of your household. Avoid groups and crowded outdoor spaces. Wear a face covering when within six feet of others.
