La Jolla Real Estate Wrap-Up: Nov. 3-9

Here’s the La Jolla Real Estate Wrap-Up for Nov. 13, a summary of the homes recently sold in La Jolla (92037). This list is presented by Gary Kent of the Gary Kent Team – Keller Williams Realty in La Jolla; 858-457-5368.

This was a decent week for sales of La Jolla real estate, with just twelve homes being sold altogether. Five of those were detached, and the other seven were attached (apartments, condos, etc.). The median sale price was about normal at $1,035,000. Six of the homes sold for over $1 million, including two for over $3 million.

The most notable sale of the week was a $6.2 million Lower Hermosa home. Located just a couple of blocks from Windansea Beach, this lovely abode features a rooftop deck with spectacular views of the ocean. Other features include over 5,000 square feet of living space, elegant pool with built-in spa, steam shower, and even an elevator.
