LA JOLLA, CA — A crash involving at least four vehicles left traffic heavily backed up Wednesday on southbound Interstate 5 in La Jolla.
The crash blocked three right lanes on southbound I-5 near Genesee Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Traffic was backed up on the freeway as far north as Sorrento Valley Boulevard, the CHP reported. No injury information was immediately available.
