The leased-fee estate at 1295 Prospect St. in La Jolla sold for $1.05 million to La Jolla Palace LLC.
The Daily Transcript reported the leased-fee estate sale of 1295 Prospect St. in La Jolla. Frank Edwin Boyd, Bruce Leslie Boyd, Laura J. Openshaw and Diane Boyd sold the property for $1.05 million, the paper reported. The buyer was La Jolla Palace LLC.
In a leased-fee estate, a landlord owns a part of the property that is under lease.
The three-story property near Roslyn Lane has 10,103 square feet of retail space.
