Prospect Street Apartments Sell for $5.9M

Redwood Hollow, an 11-unit apartment complex, on Prospect Street in La Jolla recently sold for $5,925,000, according to The Daily Transcript.

The local newspaper said the buyer of 236-240 and 242-254 Prospect St. was Vista Reverse 28 LLC.

It reported that the sellers were Martin Harold Lizerbram and Toby Myra Lizerbram, co-trustees of the Lizerbram Revocable Family Trust.
