Retailer Signs $1.8M Lease in La Jolla for Independently Run Salon Suites

Phenix Salon Suites signed a 10-year, $1,881,600 lease for retail space at 7655 Girard Ave., Suite C, in La Jolla. The 6,400-square-foot retail space is located near Kline Street.

"Phenix Salon Suites is the first to offer luxury and spacious salon suites for independent salon professionals and others," said Mike Slattery of Cassidy Turley's La Jolla Property Group in an announcement on Wednesday. "This is an exciting addition to the downtown La Jolla retail and service mix."

Slattery represented the property owner BADOOP Trust 03-11-04 and Randee Stratton, also with Cassidy Turley, represented Phenix.
