San Diego Named A Top 'Delicious Destination'
A group of travel writers say America's Finest City is a foodie paradise for its unique blend of traditional Mexican and coastal flavors.
SAN DIEGO, CA – From fantastic Mexican cuisine to fresh seafood, San Diego is a haven for foodies. In fact, a group of travel writers for Expedia recently named America's Finest City one of the country's "delicious destinations" for its unique blend of traditional Mexican and coastal flavors.
San Diego was spotlighted for having "exotic and creative eating establishments," as well as the "tastiest fish tacos on earth" at South Beach Bar & Grille. The city's "laid-back vibe and beach culture" also makes it the perfect brunch spot, according to the writers. A number of local eateries were also recognized for having vegetarian and vegan options.
