Traffic Alert: Driver Crashes Off Interstate 5 Into Ravine
The incident Monday morning slowed traffic.
SAN DIEGO, CA -- A driver crashed Monday morning on Interstate 5 in San Diego, sending the car about 10 feet off the roadway. The California Highway Patrol reported the incident at 9:17 a.m.
The incident happened near the Basilone exit. It involved a silver Volkswagon Bug.
Rescue crews were called to the scene to pull the car out of a ravine.
