Upper Hermosa Apartment Complex Sells for $2.2M

A seven-unit apartment complex at 6241-6252 La Jolla Blvd. in La Jolla sold for $2.2 million. 

The complex—Casa Rosada Apartments—was constructed in the 1950s and consists of four two-bedroom/one-bath units and three one-bedroom units, according to The Daily Transcript.

The buyer was La Jolla Casa Rosada LLC and the seller was Mark D. Wilson, special administrator under the estate of Eileen Gambs, according to the report.
