Vacant Lot in Bird Rock Sold for $2.9M

A vacant lot at 5702 La Jolla Blvd. in Bird Rock recently sold for $2.9 million. the 15,400-square-foot commercial lot is located at the corner of La Jolla Boulevard and Bird Rock Avenue.

The buyer was CR Bird Rock LLC and the seller Michael Krambs and Olga V. Krambs, trustees of the M.O.R.K. Family Trust, according to The Daily Transcript. 

The publication added that recorded documents indicate the site will be developed into multi-family residences. The property was last sold in August 2005 for $3 million, it said.
