The additional lane will stretch for approximately two miles between the Green River Road on-ramp and the southbound 241 connector.

CORONA, CA โ€” A $29 million construction project designed to relieve bottleneck traffic on the westbound 91 Freeway in Corona got underway Monday.

The State Route 91 Corridor Operations Project will add one westbound lane for approximately two miles between the Green River Road on-ramp and the southbound 241 connector, according to the Riverside County Transportation Commission, which is overseeing the project.
