Black Chamber Of Commerce Gets New Leader

The Black Chamber of Commerce, Inland Valley Chapter conducts its meetings on every 3rd Tuesday of each month

The Black Chamber of Commerce, Inland Valley Chapter, which represents Lake Elsinore, Wildomar and surrounding cities, has appointed a new president.

Sun City resident Toi Moore has taken over the top spot. She has served as secretary of the Riverside Black History Committee for three years and is also a writer, according to a news release from Moore.

She has two young sons with husband Greg, who is the guitarist for the band Earth, Wind & Fire, the release stated.

โ€œI am very excited about being appointed as the President of the Black Chamber of Commerce. I look forward to the upcoming events and activities associated with the Chamber and how my involvement will help to make a positive difference in the Inland Valley,โ€ Moore said.

The Inland Valley Chapter conducts its meetings every 3rd Tuesday of each month. Mooreโ€™s first meeting will be on April 17, from 6 to 9 p.m., at The Edge Restaurant and Lounge, 28544 Old Town Front St., Temecula.
