Body Found In Canyon Lake ID'd As Murrieta Man, Leads Sought
The 19-year-old's body was found in the lake on March 14.

CANYON LAKE, CA โ The body of a man found floating in the water at Canyon Lake has been identified as a 19-year-old Murrieta resident, and the sheriff's department is now asking the public to help provide information about his whereabouts prior to his death.
Jason Eilola-Coye was found dead in the lake around 5 p.m. March 14 in the area near Vacation Drive and Old Wrangler Road, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
"At this time, no foul play is suspected," the sheriff's department said Tuesday.

The investigation is ongoing, but no additional details were provided by the sheriff's department.
Anyone with information regarding Eilola-Coye's whereabouts prior to his death is asked to contact Investigator Poznanski at the Lake Elsinore Sheriffโs Station at 951-245-3300.
