Cleanup Planned Across Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Canyon Lake

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — Tired of seeing trash along the streets and open fields of Lake Elsinore, Wildomar and Canyon Lake? If your answer is yes, consider volunteering to pick it up during the June 26 Love Your Neighborhood Multi-City Community Clean-Up Event.

The three cities have partnered for the event, and swag is being offered in limited quantities to participants.

Volunteers can participate individually, or form a group with friends and family, and will choose when, where and how long they want to serve.

This year’s event features an interactive "Love Your Neighborhood Map" that shows how many people/groups have signed up and where.

"When you sign up to participate, you can place a pin where you plan to show your neighborhood love by picking up trash," according to City of Lake Elsinore officials.

Volunteers are invited to gather at 8 a.m. June 26 at Lake Elsinore's Diamond Stadium Lot B for announcements and breakfast treats.
