Coroner IDs Woman Killed In Corona 91 Freeway Crash
An intoxicated driver remained behind bars Monday following the woman's death.
CORONA, CA โ The identity of a woman killed by a suspected impaired driver on the Riverside (91) Freeway in Corona over the weekend has been identified.
A Fontana man, who remained jailed Monday, is suspected of driving while intoxicated and causing a six-vehicle crash that killed Joan McKee, 71, of Huntington Beach.
The crash was reported at 5:53 p.m. Saturday on the eastbound side of the freeway west of Main Street.

The California Highway Patrol said a man was speeding and driving erratically in a Ford Windstar minivan before he slammed into the back of a Chrysler Voyager, causing a chain-reaction crash.
The force of the impact sent the Voyager spinning out of control and ejected a man and woman who were sitting in the Voyager's front seats, the CHP said.

The man suffered serious injuries and remained hospitalized.
The driver of the Windstar, Adrian Reyes Antonio, 41, and another person were also taken to a hospital with minor injuries, the CHP said.
Antonio was arrested upon his release from the hospital and booked into the Southwest Detention Center on suspicion of murder and driving while intoxicated.
He remained behind bars without bail.
