At approximatley 12:19 pm on May 22, 2019 Cal Fire Responded to the area of 2500 N. Perris Blvd. in Riverside County in regards to a fast moving brush fire with no structures threatened.
According to a witness on scene who did not want to be taped. he saw a homeless individual set the brush fire.
According to Battalion Chief Snyder with Cal Fire Riverside, fire fighters set some addition backfires to burn off the rest of the field to prevent future fires in that field.
