Fire Burns Structure, Blackens Brush Near Cleveland Nat'l Forest

CORONA, CA โ A brush fire that erupted Monday south of Corona damaged an unoccupied structure and burned just over an acre before it was contained.
The non-injury "Bedford Fire" was reported about 1:10 p.m. on the northeast rim of the Cleveland National Forest, near Bedford Motor Way and Knabe Road, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.

Two Cal Fire air tankers and a water-dropping helicopter were called in to make runs on the brusher, which damaged the vacant property.
The fire was declared 100 percent contained at 1:46 p.m. Firefighters were expected to remain at the scene until at least 4 p.m.
