Fire Reported At Lake Elsinore Home

The incident was reported early Wednesday morning.

LAKE ELSINORE, CA โ€” Firefighters responded overnight to a fire at a home in Lake Elsinore, the Riverside County Fire Department reports. The blaze, called the Parkview Incident, was reported at 12:44 a.m. in the 600 block of Parkview Drive, near Machado Park.

"Firefighters arrived on scene of a multi-family dwelling with a fire in a backyard patio area that extended into the interior of the dwelling," the fire department said.

Twenty firefighters from five engines and a truck responded to the scene.

Crews contained the fire at 1:24 a.m. but remained at the scene for about 90 minutes for overhaul.

No injuries were reported.
