WILDOMAR, CA — A gas leak reported in Wildomar Wednesday afternoon was quickly mitigated.The leak in the 21300 block of Maple Street was reported at 3:19 p.m., according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department. When firefighters arrived, they evacuated five homes as a precaution.The gas company was called and the leak was stopped in less than 30 minutes.There were no reports of injuries.It's unclear what caused the leak.
