Lake Elsinore Memorial Day Ceremony To Feature Skydivers, 21 Gun Salute And More
A special Memorial Day service is planned at the cemetery and the community is invited to attend for free.
LAKE ELSINORE, CA — The community is invited to attend a special Memorial Day ceremony in Lake Elsinore on Monday. The 10 a.m. event will be held at the Elsinore Valley Cemetery, 18170 Collier Avenue.
Organizers say the "free and amazing event" will feature the following:
- Skydivers and Missing Man Flyovers
- 21 Gun Salute by Semper Fi Memorial Honor Detail
- Special Guest Soloist
- Patriotic Music by Temecula Valley Winds
- R.O.T.C. Participation

There will be minimal seating available at the location, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs. Organizers also suggested to bring water if you're planning on going.

Additional parking will be available at the local Home Depot, and an event bus will shuttle guests back and forth.
The event is sponsored by the VFW - Post 1808 and the American Legion - Post 200.
