Lake Elsinore Offers Free Spay, Neuter Vouchers To Residents

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — The city of Lake Elsinore is offering a limited number of local residents the change to get their pets spayed or neutered free of charge. Lake Elsinore residents can pick up one of the vouchers at the Animal Friends of the Valleys Shelter starting on Saturday, June 29, at 8 a.m.

There are only "up to" 100 vouchers available, according to the city.

"The City is offering these vouchers as part of the City's Spay & Neuter LE program to assist residents with compliance of the City's new mandatory spay, neuter and microchipping ordinance," the city said.
