Local Love Stories: Teenage Love Affair
"Most don't believe in love at first sight. I didn't either until I met someone who became a part of me."

In honor of Valentine’s Day, we asked Patch readers to share their love stories.
Whether you’re a fan of Valentine’s Day or the thought of red and pink decorations makes you want to puke, we’ve got a hunch everyone could use some happy news this month. And what’s happier than a love story?
We asked Patch readers on Facebook to share their local love stories — how they met, where it all went down, and what’s kept them together. Here's the story of a Lake Elsinore woman whose high school crush became her husband.

We met our freshman year in high school April 2008. I had the biggest crush on him, however, he had a girlfriend. At that moment he didn't know who I was. Two weeks later they broke up and a friend of mine him introduced me to him.
We became friends and got to know each other. Two weeks in he asked me to be his girlfriend. Five years went by in a blink of an eye. We got married on June 22, 2013. He was in the army so a couple months after we got married he deployed, but left me my very own little man growing inside my tummy. We welcomed our first son in August 2016. Two years later his partner in crime came along and we welcomed our second son in August 2016.
