Serious Injuries Reported In Canyon Lake Rollover Crash

CANYON LAKE, CA — A vehicle that rolled over Friday afternoon in Canyon Lake injured two people, one seriously, officials said.

The single-vehicle crash was reported at 4:07 p.m. in the 32000 block of Railroad Canyon Road.

When firefighters arrived on scene, one person with serious injuries had to be extricated from the wreckage, according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department. The other victim's injuries were described by the agency as moderate.

Both people were hospitalized. An update on their condition was unavailable.

The Riverside County Sheriff's Department is investigating the crash cause.
