Traffic is snarled on southbound Mission Trail at Campbell Street in Lake Elsinore due to a two-car crash that occurred shortly after 1 p.m. today.
Several ambulances are on scene and at least one female adult has been transported.
It’s unclear how many people were injured but reports are that injuries were minor to moderate.
