Wildomar Probation Check Leads To 2 Arrests

WILDOMAR, CA โ Two alleged drug dealers were arrested in Wildomar Wednesday after deputies found them with narcotics, cash, and loaded firearms, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department reported.
Thomas Ruppel, 40, and Alyssa McNevin, 29, both of Wildomar, were taken into custody Wednesday night in the 33000 block of Orange Street after deputies assigned to the Lake Elsinore Sheriffโs Station conducted a probation search at the property โ both Ruppel and McNevin are convicted felons, the sheriff's department said.
Jail records show McNevin was booked into Cois Byrd Detention Center in Murrieta on suspicion of drug possession and drug sales; she was released Thursday and was due in court in March 9. Ruppel was booked into the same facility on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, and a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. No bail was set for him and he was due in court Friday.
